　　請允許我用一分鐘的時間做自我介紹。我叫韓梅梅，畢業(yè)于師范大學(xué)英語系專業(yè)，現(xiàn)在已過口語等級六級水。

　　本人穩(wěn)重，工作踏實勤奮，具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊合作精神，好學(xué)，能吃苦耐勞，能夠服從上級的命令聽從指揮。在校期間積極參加各項活動，連續(xù)三年當(dāng)任學(xué)習(xí)委員，商務(wù)英語寫作能力強(qiáng)，有過短暫的英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。

　　在課堂上，我鼓勵學(xué)生表達(dá)自己的意見和方法以其英語學(xué)習(xí)方式，因為我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)是一種個性化的過程。每個人都應(yīng)該成為重要的家班上，我想成為一個好老師在其真正意義上的。我不是傳統(tǒng)的教師。我想在我的課堂英語教學(xué)改革。希望我能做點什么來改變現(xiàn)狀的英語教學(xué)。
